As soon as your Flora Nails package starts its journey to you, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Delivery times are based on average estimates, and tracking updates may be delayed occasionally—please don’t worry, just allow a little extra time. If your tracking information hasn’t updated for more than a week, feel free to contact our customer service team, and we’ll promptly follow up with the shipping carrier to investigate and ensure you have a seamless shopping experience.
